Description: Key provisions of the LDEDC Act 2009 will come into force on 1 October 2011 and will have a significant impact on adjudication and payment provisions in all construction contracts. This seminar, presented by members of the Adjudication Society, will explain the main adjudication and payment changes in an interactive way, through the use of role play scenarios and voting button technology.

Agenda to follow
This conference, to be held on June 29 and 30, is organised by the Centre of Construction Law, King's College London and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and is supported by FIDIC and the Adjudication Society. The conference will bring together speakers from around the world to explore how the different types of Dispute Boards are being used and might be used in the future from both the users' and funders' point of view, the various procedures available and the procedural rules published by the main institutions,and the significant issues that arise in practice.
