Notice to Members on the Publication of the application process for membership of the Ministerial Panel for Adjudicators under the Construction Contracts Act 2013.
Members are notified that the application process for the above has now been published on the Public Jobs website at the following link:

The CIArb Irish Branch welcomes the publication of the application process as the next step in the progression to commencement of the Act.
Members of the CIArb at Fellow level satisfy the requirement of section 8 of the Act as a qualifying person.
The CIArb, as the home of ADR, has also been actively involved in accrediting training programmes to assist Adjudicators with the necessary qualifications and skills to act as an Adjudicator under the Act.
