Adjudicator’s Terms and Conditions
In the 2022 Practical Workshop Series.
Issues relating to an adjudicator’s terms and conditions will be discussed so that those present can learn what others are doing and potential issues that can arise. There will be an opportunity to debate terms and those present can explain what they are doing and why they are doing it.
Whilst this workshop won’t provide a standard set of term and conditions for adjudicators it will cover most of the terms currently found in use and why they have been incorporated so that an adjudicator can consider the pertinent points when drafting or updating their own terms and conditions.
Attendees limited to thirty people.
