This session will be a workshop on the jurisdiction of Adjudicators and challenging the adjudicators' powers. What powers does the Adjudicator have? How can you diplomatically identify to an Adjudicator the error of his ways? What issues do you need to consider when challenging the Adjudicator's powers?

5:45-6:00 - John Redmond will introduce the Workshop.
6:00-7:45 - Attendees will break out into discussion groups to work through a series of scenario type problems. John Redmond will chair plenary discussions on the issues arising from each of the scenarios and make closing comments.
7:45-8:00 - Wine and Canapés
