Annual Case Law Update

It has been a longstanding tradition of the Scottish Region that it invites an eminent Scots lawyer to give an annual update focused principally on cases decided by the Scottish Courts in the past year and covering topics relevant to adjudication and construction contracts.

We are delighted that Robert Howie KC, a leading King’s Counsel with a longstanding and distinguished reputation in construction matters has kindly accepted the Society’s invitation to speak on this occasion.
