Annual Case Law Update
We are delighted that Garry Borland KC, a leading King’s Counsel who practices at both the Scots and English bars, has kindly accepted the Society’s invitation to speak on this occasion.
It has been a longstanding tradition of the Scottish Region that it invites an eminent Scots lawyer to give an annual update on cases decided by the Scottish Courts and covering topics relevant to adjudication and construction contracts. It has not been possible to do this ‘in-person’ in recent years as a result of the restrictions imposed by the Covid pandemic. The ‘in-person’ event returns for 2023.
This event is free and open to members of the Adjudication Society and non-members.
