Jarleth Heneghan is a Partner in William Fry's Projects & Construction Department with over 20 years of contentious experience. Jarleth is a dual qualified solicitor and has represented clients in several leading cases in the Commercial Division of the High Court in Ireland and in the TCC in England & Wales and in numerous mediations, conciliations, expert determinations and arbitration. Jarleth is also a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder and a CEDR / CIArb accredited arbitrator and mediator.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR accredited mediator, a member of the Law Society panel of arbitrators and Engineers Ireland panel of conciliators. Eamonn is the present chair of the Law Society of Ireland's ADR committee, and a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Engineers Ireland Dispute Resolution Board.

Alan Philip Brady B.L is a Barrister, CEDR Accredited Mediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He practices from the Law Library, Dublin and has also been called to the Bar of Northern Ireland. Alan is a member of the Bar of Ireland's Arbitration and ADR Committee and also a member of the Construction Bar Association's Executive Committee. He has appeared as Counsel in several leading construction adjudication cases heard by the assigned Adjudication Judge such as Aakon Construction Services Limited v Pure Fitout Associated Limited [2021] IEHC 562 and John Paul Construction Limited v Tipperary Co-Operative Creamery Limited [2022] IEHC 3.

Alison is Of Counsel at McCann FitzGerald in the construction group practising predominantly in contentious matters. Alison represents and advises clients in the resolution of complex construction disputes using Alternative Dispute Resolution methods (arbitration, adjudication, mediation and conciliation) as well as litigation disputes principally referred to the Commercial division of the High Court. Alison also advises employers, contractors and design team members on all aspects of construction contracts prior to, and during, the planning and delivery of large scale infrastructure projects, such as hospitals. For the past six years, Alison has been seconded to the role of General Counsel to the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board. During this time, Alison has been responsible for providing strategic legal advice to the Board as well as managing and coordinating all legal matters that have arisen under the New Children’s Hospital contracts, to include a large volume of high value disputes.

Damien Keogh is a solicitor, senior counsel, adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, and conciliator. He is appointed to the Ministers Panel of Adjudicators under the Construction Contracts Act 2013 and is co-Author of one of Ireland’s leading legal texts on Adjudication law, namely “Adjudication Practice and Procedure in Ireland”. Damien is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a lecturer in arbitration law, adjudication and dispute resolution in Trinity College, Dublin and the Law Society. He is also on the panel of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM), the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OAC) and Xi’an Arbitration Commission, China (XAAC). Damien is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and an Accredited Mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
