Trevor is a practising barrister, panel adjudicator, ADR Group accredited mediator, chartered quantity surveyor, chartered construction manager, and project management consultant with over 40 years’ experience working within the construction and infrastructure industries. He is a tenant at 12 Old Square Chambers in London and Managing Director of forensic and expert advisory consultants, Morecraft Drury. He is past Chair of the Western Counties Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building Bristol Hub and currently sits on those committees as immediate past Chair. Trevor is also a former RICS branch Chair and member of the Society of Construction Law.

Simon is a dual qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a Director at Rowfield Commercial and the current Chair of the Wales Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Simon is also a panel adjudicator (CIArb, UKA, CIC, CEDR), and RICS Registered Expert Witness. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society.

Leigh Belasco is a Consultant and Director of Belasco Associates Ltd. He is a dual-qualified Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with 30 years’ experience. He has been appointed in 300+ adjudications as both adjudicator and party representative, and in 200+ expert witness matters in civil and criminal cases. He specialises in construction, engineering, and professional negligence issues. He is a Fellow of both the RICS, CIArb, CIOB and IChemE. He sits on the RICS, CIC, IChemE, UKA and CIArb adjudication panels.

Sean is a director with Hanscomb Intercontinental and provides expert advisory and expert witness services to the UK and global construction, engineering and shipbuilding industries. He has worked on project & programme values up to $24 bn though is equally at home on much smaller sized projects. His primary profession is Chartered Quantity Surveyor and he holds Fellowships with the RICS, CIARB, CIOB, CICES and is also a non-practising barrister. Sean’s primary expertise as an expert witness is quantum, and he has given evidence before a variety of tribunals around the globe. Sean also acts as a third party neutral sitting as adjudicator, arbitrator, expert determiner and dispute board member. Sean is a keen supporter of the use of adjudication and founded the Adjudicator Nominating Body, UK Adjudicators and regularly speaks about its benefits to global audiences.

Huw works at Fenwick Elliott LLP – the largest construction and energy law firm in the UK. He has specialised in construction and engineering disputes for over 17 years and, in that time, has worked on disputes in a variety of sectors – residential, commercial, energy (hydroelectric, offshore wind, oil & gas) and infrastructure (roads and rail). He has experience of adjudication, including the enforcement of awards in the TCC, as well as litigation in the TCC and Scottish Courts and international arbitration.
