ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2020 ONLINE: Adjudication - a 2020 refresher and update

The Society's nineteenth annual conference will be held online.

Commencing at 09:30 hours
Conference End: 1:30pm followed by the Society’s AGM

Keynote speaker: Hon. Mrs Justice O’Farrell DBE, Judge in Charge TCC

Other speakers to include: Leading Adjudicators, Counsel & Party Representatives

Conference Costs and Refund Policy
For this exceptional year there will be no charge for this conference for members of the Society.
If you are not a member then you can join now for the remainder of this year and next year for the annual fee of £50, and then you will be able to attend the conference.

b. Funding issues: an update on Meadowside Building Developments Ltd (in liquidation) v 12-18 Hill Street Management Company Ltd [2019] EWHC 2651 (TCC).
