Grainne has over 25 years’ experience of project delivery in the UK construction industry ranging from large infrastructure projects to small residential builds. Grainne provides support to clients in avoiding and resolving construction disputes, with particular expertise in delay claims. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and her relevant qualifications include an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and RICS Diploma in Adjudication. |
Jason SharpJason Sharp is a Founding Partner of Overford and a quantity surveyor, claims consultant and quantum expert with over 26 years' experience in the construction, engineering, oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. He began his career with major contractors before moving into consultancy, where he has advised employers, contractors and subcontractors on commercial management, claims, dispute resolution and contract administration. Jason regularly acts as party representative and quantum expert in adjudication proceedings and has been involved in more than 70 adjudications across a wide range of sectors and contract forms, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC. He also acts as a testifying expert witness in litigation, arbitration and expert determination proceedings.
