Annual Conference Refunds Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your booking for our Annual Conference, the following refunds apply:

Cancellation request received by the Society

• more than 28 days prior to Conference Date – 100%
• 14-28 days prior to Conference Date – 50%
• less than 14 days before Conference Date – 0%
