 Jessica GarrodJessica is a solicitor with experience primarily in contentious construction matters. Jessica's work primarily involves acting for a range of clients in adjudication and court proceedings. Jessica's adjudication experience predominantly relates to interim and final accounts, defective works, extensions of time and loss and expense. Jessica also act for clients through to the enforcement of adjudication decisions in the court. Jessica has experience working on a wide range of construction claims, including disputes over defects, professional negligence and claims against insurers.  Lawrence PearceLawrence Pearce is an Equity Partner and Joint Head of the Construction and Engineering Department at Holmes & Hills LLP. He has over 10 years’ experience advising on construction disputes, with a particular focus on adjudication and the enforcement of adjudicators’ decisions. Lawrence acts principally for contractors and subcontractors in disputes concerning payment, final accounts, delay, defects and termination. He regularly represents parties throughout the adjudication process and advises on related enforcement proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
