Jurisdiction & Jurisdictional Challenges

This workshop will be delivered in a physical format at Fenwick Elliott’s London office and will take place under Chatham House rules.

This workshop will be of interest to new adjudicators and more experienced adjudicators. Issues relating to jurisdiction and challenges to jurisdiction will be explored and discussed. There will be an opportunity to debate issues and those present can explain what they have done and why they did it.
