Legal Update

Guest speaker: The Hon. Lord Sandison

It is a tradition of the Scottish Region of the Society that it invites an eminent Scots lawyer to give an annual Legal Update on matters relating to adjudication and construction law more generally. 

We are delighted that The Hon. Lord Sandison has kindly accepted our invitation to speak on this occasion. Lord Sandison was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Courts in 2021 and sits as a judge in the Commercial Court of the Court of Session. Before his appointment to the bench he had a distinguished practice at the bar in commercial matters including construction law.

This is a very popular event and early booking is recommended.

This event is free and open to members of the Adjudication Society and non-members.
