"Adjudication, the Judicial Perspective". His Honour Judge Raynor QC has kindly agreed to talk to the Society about the judiciary's view of adjudication and how it is working. This will be an invaluable insight into the way adjudication is considered by someone who is often asked to rule upon the enforcement of adjudicators' decisions.
