The AGM is called by the Executive Committee and this Notice is given to the Members that the annual general meeting will take place on 6 May 2021 after the virtual lecture which starts at 5.30pm. The Society's members are cordially invited to attend and vote at the AGM and to listen to the lecture. Reports and Accounts will be circulated in advance of the AGM, together with details of the Zoom Platform to be used to attend and vote at the AGM and to listen to the lecture.
