The membership of the Executive Committee for 2014-2015 will be elected at the 2014 Annual General Meeting to be held during the Society's Conference on 21st November 2014.
With respect to the Honorary Officers, there was no contest for available positions, so no general member election was required. A list of nominations for the election at the AGM is attached.
With respect to ordinary members, any fully paid up member of the Society wishing to stand for election should indicate his/her intention to do so to the acting Honorary Secretary (Susan Francombe) by email by 1700 hours on 9th October 2014.
His/her candidacy should be supported by two fully paid up members who should also notify the acting Honorary Secretary by email of their support.
If voting is needed, this will take place between 23rd October 2014 and 13th November 2014 for the ordinary members.
