As Adjudication continues to flourish within the UK it is noticeable that other countries such as Australia and New Zealand have also introduced Adjudication as a means of dispute resolution.
The Adjudication Society intends to monitor the success of the introduction of Adjudication in these countries and indeed other location throughout the world and where appropriate forge links initially to exchange views and perhaps understand how the process is working. In addition to the above the Society would like to invite members to share their experiences of adjudication outwith the UK or of any initiative that maybe being considered with a view to he Society making contact and expressing their interest on the continuing development of Adjudication.
