The “Matter of Dissatisfaction” meeting on April 26 at the Institution of Civil Engineer in April proved to be another very popular event. Professor Phillip Capper and Dr Julian Critchlow were the principal speakers and lively participation from the floor followed the presentations. A note was taken of the meeting and, when typed up and approved by the speakers, this will be distributed in the usual manner and posted on the web-site for future reference.
