As there were no contests for any of the Hon Officer posts and only 5 nominations for general members of the Exective Committee (the Constitution provides for a maximum of 8 General members) the Returning Officers have certified that an election is not necessary. These results are subject to ratification at the AGM.

I am very pleased to confirm the appointment of Professor Phillip Capper as the Adjudication Society’s Honorary President. He has just accepted the appointment, which will last a period of three years. The Committee is extremely pleased that he has become our Honorary President, and our association with Professor Capper will strengthen our links not just with industry, but also academia.
