Released on November 3rd The Adjudication Society & King’s College London Report On Construction Adjudication is available online.
We are sad to report the passing of John Redmond last week. Those of you who knew John found him to be an incisive excellent lawyer, practical and always helpful and kind to those he met.

A recording of the the fifth Adjudication Case Law Update, from Anneliese Day KC, is available to members. You can find it here and must be logged in as a member to access it and the slides.

Anyone involved in adjudication – whether as adjudicator, party or adviser – is encouraged to take a few moments of their time and to give their thoughts on adjudication.

The Society's 19th Annual Conference "Adudication: A 2020 Refresher and Update" was held on 29 October 2020. It was a virtual event this year. Over 200 people participated. Slides from the presentations are available on the Papers page to logged in members…
